The LBI-DHP team and in particular the institute directors Andreas Stainer-Hochgatterer, Jan David Smeddinck and Josef Niebauer were delighted to welcome Governor Wilfried Haslauer to the institute on 7 March 2024.

During a tour of the institute, we were able to provide insights into the innovative developments in the field of digital health applications (more at https://dhp.lbg.ac.at/projekte-und-studien/ ) and the outstanding development of the Institute for Digital Health and Prevention, which has been active at the Salzburg site since the end of 2019. Over 40 researchers from 14 different countries are pooling their expertise to promote heart-healthy exercise with digital support.
