Dieter Hayn

Bio

Since 2002, Dieter Hayn is with the AIT Austrian Institute of Technology GmbH, Graz, Austria, where he is employed as a Senior Scientist and since 2019, he is co-investigator at the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute for Digital Health and Prevention in Salzburg. Dieter Hayn received his MSc in biomedical engineering from the Technical University of Graz, Austria, in 2002 and his PhD from the Health and Life Science University Hall/Tyrol, Hall, Austria in 2007. In 2016, he finished his MBA in Health Care and Hospital Management at the Medical University of Graz. His research interests include biosignal processing, data science, predictive modelling, machine learning, AI, privacy preserving research infrastructures and telehealth. Since 2007, Dr. Hayn is a Co-Editor of the proceedings of the international annual dHealth Conference in Vienna (www.dHealth.at) and author and co-author of numerous journal and conference papers.
