The FFG-funded flagship project Prehab2Rehab investigates how people can be best supported along the entire care pathway – before and after a planned surgery. Its goal is to create an integrated, digitally supported, and individually tailored care approach that sustainably benefits both patients and the healthcare system.
The project focuses on three application areas: knee replacement, visceral surgery, and cardiac surgery, and brings together a strong interdisciplinary consortium of research and practice.
